Petitioner-investor claims to have invested Rs. One lac with respondent no.2-an Asset Management Company. Respondent no.3 is Trustee of respondent no.2.

In the instant writ petition prayer made by petitioner, inter alia, is for directing The Securities and Exchange Board of Indiarespondent no.1 to initiate proceedings against all managing personnel of respondent no.2 and 3 qua decision dated 24.4.2020 (P-5) to wind up six Debt Schemes; and further to ensure complete repayment of the amount invested by the petitioner in respondent no.2-Company.
