The petitioner is a lady who had allegedly applied for a passport on the basis of fake certificate. State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Veer Singh, informs that the petitioner has joined investigation and that she is not required for custodial interrogation. The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 26.8.2015 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
