ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.572 dated 10.08.2017 registered under Sections 279, 336, 120-B IPC, 5/13(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sarankashan and Gau Samvardhan Act and Section 11 of the Animal Cruelty Act at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the order dated 23.01.2018, has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Shakunt Raj, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner is no more required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.01.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
