(Oral) Prayer in this petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 226 dated 22.08.2020, registered under Sections 307, 452, 506, 148, 149, 120-B, 336, 188 IPC, Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act, 1959, Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Section 3 of the Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 at Police Station Kotbhai District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of order dated 12.05.2021, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Amreek Singh submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation.
