Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions for expeditious disposal of criminal complaint No. 103A/2009 dated 1.12.2009 titled 'Punjab Urban Development Authority versus Gurdev Kaur'.

Heard.

In the present case, personal appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court was exempted vide order dated 15.9.2010.

Hence, no ground for interference by this Court is made out.

Dismissed.
