Present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for seeking directions to the respondents for production of Shahina, wife of the petitioner and to hand over her custody to him. This Court has already passed an order dated 13.12.2018 in another criminal writ petition i.e. CRWP-971-2018. As such, present writ petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed. However, petitioner may avail alternative remedy, as available to him, in accordance with law.
