*** Vide order dated 14.3.2019 the petitioner was directed to deposit Rs.15,000/- as cost i.e. Rs.5,000/- to be deposited with 'Prabh Aasra' and Rs.10,000/- in poor patients welfare fund at PGIMER within two weeks from passing of order and then receipts were ordered to be placed on file. A perusal of the adjourned dates goes to show that such receipts have not been placed on record. Report of the Registry is to the similar effect. Nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner in the Court today. Under the circumstances, the petition is dismissed for non compliance of order of the Court and non-prosecution. (H.S.
