NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this 1st petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 193 dated 29.07.2023, registered under Sections 354A(1)(i), 354B, 376(1), 506, 452, 450 and 354D(1) IPC at Police Station Sadar Tohana, District Fatehabad (Haryana).

Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 23.07.2024 which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 11 months and 05 days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Permitted to do so.
