**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that petitioner No.1 has been married with respondent No.4 on 19.01.2000 and she has two children from this wedlock. The matrimonial house is in the name of Jaspal Singh (husband of petitioner No.1). Her husband is working in Dubai and he is not sending any sufficient maintenance amount to the children. He were having illicit relations with his sister-in-law Satwant Kaur wife of Avtar Singh. After knowing the above-said fact, she went to her parental house along with both sons on 19.05.2016. On 20.05.2016, when her husband (respondent No.4) visited in India, he stayed with his brother Avtar Singh and sister-in-law Satwant Kaur. Thereafter, he without informing petitioner No.1, he himself broke the lock of the house, submitted a false complaint against petitioner No.1 with the Police Women Cell, Batala and has also given beatings to her Naresh Kumar 2016.09.22 10:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh son Sawraj Singh. In this regard, petitioner No.1 has made a representation
CRM-M-29457-2016 -2dated 30.05.2016 (Annexure P-1) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Batala (respondent No.2), to take appropriate action against her husband and sister-in-law.
Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala (respondent No.2), to look into the representation (Annexure P-1) and also to make an attempt to rehabilitate petitioner No.1 in her matrimonial house, which is in the name of Jaspal Singh (respondent No.4), along with her two children. However, this exercise shall be carried out expeditiously.
