     JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is for directing the respondents No.1 to 3 for protection of life and liberty of petitioners from the hands of the private respondents No. 4 to 11.

Notice of motion had been issued on 03.04.2024 and today the reply by way of an affidavit of Kaptan Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Firozepur, Jhirka on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 3-State has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. A perusal of the reply would show that the statements of the petitioners have been recorded and they have stated that they do not apprehend any danger from anyone.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Disposed of.
