Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioners seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 for protection of their lives and liberty at the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 21.6.2017 (Annexure P1) to Superintendent of Police, Nuh, but the same remained unattended till now. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Mewat, is directed to look into the representation dated 21.6.2017 (Annexure P1) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
