Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Since it has been pointed out that three different FIRs of similar nature were registered against the petitioner and the charge-sheets (reports under Section 173, Cr.P.C.) have been presented in all the three cases, which are being tried simultaneously by learned trial Court, therefore, three criminal revision petitions, to be filed by the petitioner arising out of the said FIRs, shall be decided by the Court of Session simultaneously.
