(ORAL) The prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to the respondents to transfer the petitioners in their home districts as junior to the petitioners have been transferred in their home districts by ignoring the seniors.

Mr.Sharad Aggarwal, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied if his legal Notice, dated 10.03.2020, Annexure P-8, is decided. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to look into the Notice, dated 10.03.2020, Annexure P-8, and decide the same by passing a speaking order, as early as possible and preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
