(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.47 dated 23.03.2021, registered at Police Station City Fazilka, under Sections 324, 323 read with Section 34 IPC wherein the offence under Section 326 IPC is stated to have been added later on.

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Jatinder Singh, Police Station City Fazilka, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 07.06.2021 as passed by this Court, the petitioner had joined in the investigation and the weapon of the offence has already been recovered and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature. counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner vide the said order dated 07.06.2021, is made absolute.
