Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 102 dated 8.6.2015 under Section 451, 323, 324, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short) and Section 307 IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Samana, District Patiala.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 26.8.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner was allegedly empty handed at the time of occurrence and no injury is attributed to her. Offence under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been added at a later stage.

Crl. Misc. No. M-28564 of 2015 -2admitted to interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Petitioner shall abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973."
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Simarjit Singh, has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted by this Court to the petitioner vide order dated 26.8.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
