Mr. Arun Gupta, Advocate for Mr. Rakesh Gupta, Advocate, for the complainant. **** SHEEL NAGU, CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The petitioner has filed this petition for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 509 dated 18.12.2023 under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

The petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2024 primarily on the ground that a compromise has been struck between the petitioner and the complainant whereby the petitioner was willing to pay an amount of Rs. 6 lacs to the complainant. The said amount has not been paid as yet and the State counsel informs that another offence of similar nature has been registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 71 dated 06.03.2024. 4.

In view of the above, the petitioner has misused the conditions subject to which he was granted interim anticipatory bail and therefore, he is not entitled for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
