(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to take legal action against private respondents and file final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. against them in case FIR No.0013 dated 07.02.2017 registered under Section 346 IPC at Police Station Bichhor, District Mewat.

Learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that after thorough investigation, police is going to file cancellation report within two weeks in this case.
