, !& $- . '/ ' ( + 01 2Learned counsel submits that the FIR has been registered after 4 years of the alleged occurrence of demand. The partition was already prepared for which reference is made to order dated 01.11.2017 (Annexure P1) and he was promoted to Kanungo in the year 2019 and transferred on 25.01.2021 to Khudganj, the area of the complainant does fall within this area. No occasion for the petitioner to made any demand. He is not involved in any other case. He is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency and will cooperate.
Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation on or before 08.10.2025. In the event of his arrest, he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to compliance of conditions as enshrined under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
However, it is clarified that if the petitioner does not join and cooperate with the Investigating Agency as required MOHIT 2025.11.27 18:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
