Learned counsel submits that for the grievance aired in the petition, petitioners have served legal notice, Annexure P-8 on 10.01.2019. According to him, petitioners shall be satisfied if a decision thereon is taken. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of official respondent(s). She submits that competent authority shall examine the legal notice and decision shall be taken thereon within two months from today. A speaking order shall be passed and conveyed to the petitioners.

In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
