Petitioner is seeking remedy through representation (Annexure P-1) that the private respondents be directed not to interfere in his possession over the land measuring 35 acres which is belonging to the Government as he is cultivating the same for the last 30/35 years. Keeping in view the nature of direction sought, it appears that there is civil dispute between the parties for which the civil remedy can be availed. As such, no direction can be issued in this petition. Dismissed.
