Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Meena - in case arising from FIR No.264 {wrongly mentioned as FIR No.64 in order of learned Sessions Judge (Annexure P-2)} dated 23.12.2019 registered under Sections 15 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.
