RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondent no.1 to transfer the investigation to some independent agency of FIR No.0012, dated 30.01.2022, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 506 IPC (Section 307 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station North, UT, Chandigarh, for the purpose of free and fair investigation in the matter as the local police officials have colluded with the accused in the FIR. It is further prayed that respondents no.2 and 3 be directed to file status report in the present FIR. It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that since the date of registration of the FIR, there is no progress in the investigation. Notice of motion.
On asking of the Court, Mr.A.M.Punchi, P.P.,UT, Chandigarh who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State and submits, on instructions that investigation is almost complete and challan MEENU 2023.04.17 16:01 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

However, petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedies before the trial Court in accordance with law.
