State of Punjab and another .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Parvez Chugh,Advocate for the petitioners Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for quashing of FIR No.17 dated 21.10.2014 under Sections 498-A,406 IPC, PS City Jalalabad, Distt.Fazilka and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on behalf of Jeth and Jethani, who are stated to be residing separately. It is averred that charges have been framed.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage as charges against the present petitioners were framed more than a year back vide order dated 19.8.2014. The said order being revisable was never challenged in revision.

At this stage,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
