Heard. Copies of the interim orders placed on record have also been perused.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, considering the fact that the trial is at fag end, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to make sincere efforts to conclude the trial within a period of 4 months, in accordance with law, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
