#$ !% Report dated 03.11.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Chandigarh has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Gaurav Verma and the accused persons namely Rajiv @ Gaurav and Nirmal Saini, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

   In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a pure money dispute, the fact that the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of heinous nature, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in &'() "')*+ , "-(-.   /)0(1 ()2 ()-+.3   $4%   $3'5')(6% 47 and &8/69')2.3"')*+()2-+.3:,"-(-.  /)0(1 ()2()-+.3

#the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.143 dated 27.03.2014 registered at Police Station Manimajra, UT Chandigarh under Sections 420/120B IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioners are quashed.
