Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner was arrested in this case on 05.10.2019. As per allegations in the FIR, petitioner was apprehended by the public when he had snatched purse of complainant. The purse of complainant was recovered from his possession. He had also got regular bail by misrepresentation of fact before the lower Court. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
