By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking interim bail for a period of eight weeks in case FIR No.403 dated 16.06.2025 registered under Sections 120(B), 11(C), 21(C), 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 14 of the Foreigners Act, at Police Station Sadar, Gurugram. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that son of the petitioner is suffering from severe eye disease (Bilateral Retinal Detachment, etc.) and is on the verge of permanent blindness; he is in immediate need of taking care; and no one is there in his family to look after him, thus, learned counsel prayed for grant of interim regular bail to the petitioner. 3.

Mr. Karan Veer Singh, Sr. DAG, Haryana, accepted notice on behalf of respondent-State and submitted that the petitioner is a resident of Nepal and his family is also residing in Nepal; the present petition filed by the petitioner is only to get a bail and flee away from the process of Court. Thus, learned State counsel prayed for dismissal of present petition. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case; the contention of learned State counsel that the petitioner is a resident of Nepal and his family is also residing in Nepal, this Court finds no merit in the present petition, hence, the same is dismissed. 7.

Nothing observed hereinabove shall be construed to be an expression of opinion by this Court on the merits of the case.
