Seeking quashing/ se3ng aside of the order dated 27.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by Special Judge, Ludhiana whereby the applica-on seeking permission to go abroad from 06.04.2024 to 14.04.2024, has been declined, the pe--oner has come up before this Court under Sec-on 482, Cr.P.C.

Counsel for the pe--oner submits that the present pe--on has been rendered infructuous as the period for which the pe--oner wanted to go abroad has already lapsed.
