NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) The contempt is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 02.03.2017 whereas the order has already been passed on 24.01.2019 vide which it declined to order mutation in view of the stay pending before the Civil Court qua the same land in question.

Accordingly, no contempt is said to be made out. Dismissed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
