(ORAL) By way of present writ petition the petitioner lays challenge to the order dated 02.01.2014 (Annexure P-1) whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be dismissed from service, order dated 27.05.2014 (Annexure P-2) passed in the departmental appeal and further order dated 20.10.2014 (Annexure P-3) whereby the initial order of punishment dated 02.01.2014 (Annexure P-1) stands affirmed.

Admittedly, the aforesaid orders were passed in the year 2014. Present writ petition has been filed after 9 years. There is no explanation worth whisper to justify such delay in approaching this Court. not find any reason to interfere while exercising writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the orders passed in the year 2014. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
