NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J. (oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she would be satisfied if the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar is directed to consider and decide representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) within a time bound manner.
The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to decide the representation (Annexure P-2) within two months of receipt of certified copy of the present order.
