Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the interim directions issued vide order, dated 27.08.2014, by this Court, the petitioner did appear before the Court below and was admitted to ad interim bail. In support of his contention he has placed on record certified copy of the order, dated 30.08.2014, passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Guhla, which is taken on record.

CRM-M-28738-2014 (O&M) -2Perusal of the said order reflects that the petitioner did appear before the Court below and was admitted to interim bail. Learned counsel further contends that the petitioner is continuously appearing before the Court below. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Sahib Singh of Police Station, Cheeka, has not controverted the above submissions.

In spite of service, the complainant has not appeared in this case.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the State, the interim directions issued vide order, dated 27.08.2014, are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to appear before the learned trial Court on each and every date of hearing unless order otherwise.
