(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.03 dated 02.01.2022 under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC 1860 registered at Police Station, Shri Hargobindpur, Police Distt. Batala, Distt. Gurdaspur. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Tarlok Singh, submits that in compliance of order dated 11.07.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 11.07.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
