*** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Learned counsel representing the appellant contends that the office has inadvertently failed to tag the case with the batch of cases which already stand decided by judgment dated 14.10.2021 in RFA No.684 of 2021 (HSIIDC vs. Mahender Singh and ors.). He submits that Notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the award passed by the Land Acquisition Collector and the judgment passed by the Reference Court are common.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this appeal is also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.

All the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, are also disposed of.
