Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') for quashing of complaint dated 03.01.2018 bearing No.138/520/18 titled as 'M/s Modern Credit Private Limited vs. Smriti, under Sections 138 and 141 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 registered at Police Station Sector-29, Gurgaon. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has instructions not to press the present petition as parties have arrived at an amicable settlement.
