Vide order dated 30.07.2024 the parties were directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for recording of their statements qua the compromise. The parties appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and recorded their statements before the Mediator. As per the compromise dated 20.10.2023 and as per the statements recorded, the respondent has stated that in view of the compromise dated 20.10.2023 she would have no objection if the present regular second appeal is allowed and the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court are set aside. 2.

In view of above and in view of the compromise dated 20.10.2023, the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court are set aside. The present regular second appeal is allowed in terms of the compromise dated 20.10.2023 arrived at between the parties.
