CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJIT SINGH
Present:
Mr.Vaneet Garg, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** INDERJIT SINGH, J.
Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing respondent No.2 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.5 and 6 and further for directing respondent No.4 not to harass the petitioner. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
The perusal of the petition shows that the only allegation in this petition is that respondent No.5 has filed a false and frivolous complaint before respondent No.3 and Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda and on enquiry, the allegations were found to be false by the Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda as well as Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda. It is further stated that respondent No.5 is a antisocial person and is in habit of harassing senior officials by moving VINEET GULATI 2015.08.31 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CRM No.M-28655 of 2015 -2false and frivolous complaints.
There is nothing in the petition that respondent No.5 and 6 have ever threatened to cause any injury nor they have caused injuries. Nothing is there as to how the petitioner is feeling threat to his life and liberty from respondents No.5 and 6. The mere fact that respondent No.5 has filed application or may file another application or initiate proceedings, is no ground to feel threat to life and liberty. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
