Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have been convicted under section 326 as well. Perusal of the petition, however, shows that neither in the head-note nor in body of the petition there is any mention of section 326 IPC. Even the order passed by trial court has not been annexed with the petition. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
