After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner has limited her prayer for a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously in view of the fact that trial against the co-accused has already culminated.

Petition is disposed of with a direction that trial court shall endeavor to conclude the proceedings expeditiously preferably within six months.
