The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
Vide order dated 04.04.2024, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and the said order is continuing till date.

Counsel for the State has handed over some instructions, which are taken on record. On instructions, he further submits that all the main accused have already been granted anticipatory bail and petitioner is a private person and has no role. 4.
