**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 26.08.2016 of this Court, the petitioners were directed to appear/surrender before the learned trial Court and the trial Court was required to admit them to interim bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners had appeared before the trial Court on 06.09.2016 and bail bonds furnished by them, in pursuance of order of this Court, were accepted by the trial Court.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from investigating Naresh Kumar 2016.10.03 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh officer, has informed that he does not dispute the said fact.

CRM-M-29579-2016 (O&M) -2Considering the fact that the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court, the order dated 26.08.2016 passed by this is hereby made absolute and the present petition stands disposed of accordingly. However, the petitioners shall be bound by the conditions imposed by the trial Court.
