(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.202 dated 07.07.2018, registered under Section 272, 273, 472, 473, 420, 467, 468 IPC, Section 63/64/65 of Copy Right Act and Section 10/10/55 of Essential Commodities Act, Police Station Sadar Hansi, District Hissar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Tek Chand, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 25.07.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
