******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of interim bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 122 dated 03.05.2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 148/149/302/506 of Indian Penal Code (for short, "IPC") and 25 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Civil Lines, Rohtak. Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that marriage of sister of petitioner is fixed for 20.07.2018 and of his brother for 21.07.2018. Father of petitioner has already died and these facts have been verified by the police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being brother, the petitioner has to perform all the ceremonies of marriage of his sister and brother, as such, he may be allowed interim bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is on bail in other cases registered against him and has never absconded or violated terms of his bail.

Keeping in view the fact that marriage of sister and brother of petitioner is fixed for tomorrow and 21.07.2018, respectively, the instant petition is allowed. Petitioner-Vicky is ordered to be released on interim bail for five days w.e.f. 20.07.2018 to 24.07.2018 on his furnishing bail bond and surety bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtak with direction that he will surrender before the jail authorities on 24.07.2018 by 05.00 p.m. and during the period of his interim bail he will not leave Rohtak and keep the police informed of his whereabouts.
