Petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.15 dated 01.02.2018 under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station GRP, Faridabad. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

As per the FIR, present petitioner is the only and main accused. As per the allegations in the FIR, wife of the deceased got registered the FIR against the petitioner that her husband Rampal was harassed by the petitioner. As per complainant, present petitioner came to their house and started slapping her ill husband Rampal, upon which, complainant along with her daughters and mother-in-law requested the petitioner with folded hands not to do that but Sukh Ram pulled Rampal mercilessly and forcibly VINEET GULATI 2019.04.10 16:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh took him to his house, where he locked him in a room and gave him

CRM No.M-15245 of 2019 -2beatings for about 15 minutes. Thereafter, Rampal took his motorcycle and went out of the house. Sukh Ram also took his motorcycle and went after Rampal. Later on, dead body of Rampal was found lying near the railway line.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstance of the present case, nature and gravity of the offence, I do not find it a fit case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail to him. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
