(Oral) This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023 in case bearing FIR No.675 dated 28.09.2020 under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station City Sonipat, District Sonipat. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been named as an accused in the aforementioned FIR. It is alleged that son of the complainant owned a Scorpio Vehicle bearing No.HR-14Q-4431, which was in his possession. However, it was transferred by Rishipal in the name of Mukesh and the role of the present petitioner is that he had facilitated the transfer of vehicle. It is further alleged that he had received some amount in the transaction. It is stated that the FIR is of the year 2020 and no recovery has been effected from the petitioner. The vehicle has been recovered from other two accused, who are now enlarged on bail.

This Court, vide order dated 21.03.2025, had directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event Sonia Puri 2025.05.08 17:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-14650-2025 -2of his arrest, he was ordered to be released on ad-interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating/Arresting Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI-Amit states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner especially when the petitioner having joined investigation, the order dated 21.03.2025 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. 6.

However, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. He shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.

The petition stands allowed.
