This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 513 dated 03.07.2015 under Sections 323, 324, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station City Sirsa, district Sirsa.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Jagdish Chander, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated August 28, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated August 28, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
