This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 280 dated 23.06.2017 under sections 406 & 420 IPC at Police Station Sector -40, Gurugram.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated January 29, 2018, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated January 29, 2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
