On 04.11.2025, the following order was passed by this Court:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out judgment dated 26.09.2025 of Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Civil Appeal No.1808 of 2020 titled as 'Kalyani Transco Vs. M/s Bhushan Power and Steel Limited and Ors.' and Resolution Plan approved by NCLT. In view of orders passed by NCLT and Appellate Tribunal which stand upheld by Hon'ble Supreme Court, the Resolution Plan stands approved. New management has taken over business of the petitioner.

On being pointed out that amount involved is Rs.7,00,000/-, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to get instructions.
