For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed, and main case is taken up today itself.

MAIN CASE 1.

Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the impugned Charge-Sheet dated 29.07.2019 (P-16); retirement order dated 25.02.2020 (P-22) passed by Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Governance Reforms just to deny the claim for extension in service to the petitioner. 2.

After arguing for considerable time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise his grievance before the Enquiry Officer, where proceedings are stated to be DINESH KUMAR 2022.12.01 15:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
