Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer under Section 482 Cr.PC is for quashing of criminal complaint case No.5883 dated 1.8.2012 titled as Deepak Saroha v Baljit Singh Deswal and others under Sections 166,167,217,218,409,467,468,120-B IPC,pending in the Court of learned JMIC,Sonipat (P-1) alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom including the summoning order dated 12.6.2015. After arguing for sometime and realising that impugned order is a revisable order under Section 397 Cr.PC., learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition to enable the petitioners to file a revision raising all the pleas, taken herein, for a decision in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 27.08.2015.
